The area around the office is well served for parking. There is cheap pay and display parking adjacent on Victoria Street (short stay – up to 4 hours) or Edward Street (long stay).
We have limited on-site car parking which can be used in exceptional circumstances by arrangement. Otherwise there is a short stay car park further down Victoria St costing 40p per hour.
Please note that Sandwell MBC’s parking control office is also located on Victoria Street, so do not overstay your parking.
We are a short bus or taxi ride from Sandwell and Dudley station. We are adjacent to the Lodge Road/West Bromwich Town Hall Metro (tram) stop – walk up the long ramp and you will come out and turn left. Landchard House is a three minute walk, on the opposite side of the road. We are also very close to West Bromwich bus station.
Landchard House has easy access for wheelchair users and there is a lift to all floors, from Reception.
